Crab and Shrimp Pretzel - A braided Bavarian soft pretzel smothered in our own crab and shrimp dip, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and browned in the oven

Portabella Sandwich - Grilled balsamic marinated portabella mushroom topped with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, alfalfa sprouts, green leaf lettuce, thinly sliced Bermuda onion, vine ripe tomato and finished with a tarragon dill aioli on a long wheat ciabatta roll

Seared Ahi  -  Seasoned sushi grade Ahi tuna steak, seared on hot cast iron to your desired doneness and served with our own key lime wasabi aioli

Chicken Durbin - Chicken breast cutlets and crab meat, sauteed together with prosciutto ham, shaved shallots, artichoke hearts and a sprinkle of thyme, finished with a splash of sweet sherry and heavy cream

Porterhouse  - Fourteen ounces of char-grilled USDA Choice deliciousness; NY strip on one side and Filet Mignon on the other, served with four peppercorn horseradish butter
